Yes. I start by reviewing the existing setup and any known issues. This helps us identify what can be maintained safely and whether any fixes are needed before ongoing care begins.
Will you check the website after updating it?
Yes. I check the important pages and agreed features after updates. Depending on your site, that may include navigation, mobile layouts, forms, and checkout. The checks are agreed as part of the maintenance scope.
Can you help with Elementor and WooCommerce websites?
Yes. I work with WordPress websites built using Elementor, Breakdance, Kadence, and Gutenberg, including WooCommerce stores. I review the theme, plugins, and any custom functionality before making changes.
Do you include backups and security checks?
Backup and security work can form part of the agreed maintenance scope. I review how backups are created and stored, discuss recovery needs, and check the website for avoidable configuration or access issues.
What do you need to get started?
Your website URL, a short description of any problems, and the support you need. Once the scope is agreed, we arrange the appropriate WordPress and hosting access. Credentials should be shared securely.
